Nevermind.
When I look over your footage, you have it set on normal. For some reason, I have mine set on Screen.
When I drag the gradient tool over, it does nothing.

@sickyear123 create a new layer and delete the 1st layer, should fix it

@TheWorldNeedsTuTs all you do, is when you record fullscreen and done editing, you then render.
When render choose the preset HD. If two black boxes end up on your video it’s because you have matain aspect ration on, you need to turn that off. If I didn’t help I’m sure your going to get tones of videos on youtube about this topic.

I only get to the part where the colors appear on the page. like i drag the grunge brush acros my the paper thingy and it doesnt do anything, it just stays white.

When using regular Photoshop, I select parts of an image using the Magnetic Lasso Tool (L). If my selection appears a little rough around the edges I switch to Quick Mask (Q) and Brush (B) away the imperfections.
Does Photoshop Elements have a feature similar to that of Quick Mask? When you press Q you get the Cookie Cutter Tool.
