u can motion blur and the i wont have to go sat/hue to get the colour out, it looks exactly like pencil or pen with motion blur

@bettymarie47 You can get just photoshop for a decent price. You dont have to have the full suite. Just shop around….Thats prolly the best advice I can give you.

@bettymarie47 You will need to photoshop. Im sure this may be possible one way or another in other software (maybe GIMP) but photoshop is the only one I know to recommend.

You Can use Magic Wand… its much easier. If you want To have great eyes … you can use white lines on a new layer and set to Overlay… White Lines On The Blue Part… i use that from the begining and All My images have gorgeus eyes

lol the photography can make the eyes seem dull. Especially if there was a flash, since eyes are reflective. Then resizing images creates interpolation which blurs everything even further.

i have adobe photoshop elements and it looks completely different, theres no selection that says “ajustments” any one have any advice other than get a new program?
